  • 1-2 Pink Lady Apples
  • Regular Goat Cheese, Room Temp If Possible (Ricotta is a great substitute)
  • Toasted Pecans
  • Raisins
  • Honey (Optional)


  1. Core and slice the apples.
  2. Spread the goat cheese.
  3. Add the pecans, raisins, and drizzle the honey.
  4. Serve.
