Lettuce Wraps

Healthy Meals Made Easy

Ingredients

Lettuce with 4-inch or larger leaves, such as Bibb lettuce
Carrots
Cucumbers
Mung bean sprouts
Grilled chicken strips
Optional toppings: chow mein noodles, water chestnuts (slivered)

Instructions

Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry.
Julienne carrots and cucumbers. Serve ingredients family-style and let everyone build their own lettuce wraps with chicken, vegetables, toppings, and sauce.
