Salmon Rub

Ingredients
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 - 6 oz. salmon fillets
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix all the dry spices together. Rub the fillets with the rub mixture. You may drizzle with oil or shave the extra calories and forego as salmon has enough natural healthy fats.
- Place salmon on a grill over high heat and cook until it begins to flake easily, typically 8-10 minutes.
