Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients/Directions

• Clean pumpkin seeds and allow to dry.
• Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
• Drizzle seeds with a very small amount of olive or canola oil and toss with salt or other spices to taste.
• Spread on a cookie sheet.
• Roast for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light brown and fragrant.
