To set you and your family up for success, start implementing healthy practices now so you aren't stuck with those summertime routines you've practiced over the past three months.

This can be a challenging time for families who have spent their summer with a different sleep schedule. With school back in session, there will be much more traffic on the roads. This means you'll need to adjust the time your family gets out the door in order to make sure you all get where you need to go, whether it's school, work or another appointment.

Now that you have an earlier bedtime and wake up time established, it's time to create a day-to-day routine that works for you and your family. The list could include morning routine, schedule, after school activities, appointments and bedtime routines.
